The first 4 parts of the Constitution of PEJUTA consists of 4 sections:

 

- Name, Place of Business Office and Insignia

- Objectives

- Principal Officers, Executive Council and Election

- Property of the Association

 

Part 5 of the Constitution of PEJUTA comprises 'Membership' and while Part 6 covers 'Designation'.

 

The remaining part of the Constitution comprises the Bye-Laws.
