SHORT COURSE AI FOR LEADERS SERIES II

The short course AI for Leaders Series II was held from 19 to 22 October 2026 at Shangri-La Golden Sands, Penang. The programme aimed to equip leaders and decision-makers with practical knowledge and skills to adopt Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategically, enhance productivity and support organisational growth.

The workshop covered AI fundamentals, including Generative AI, Machine Learning and Agentic AI, alongside practical applications in communication, planning, analysis and reporting. It also focused on prompt and context engineering, AI-assisted decision-making and the automation of repetitive workflows.

Participants were introduced to key considerations in AI governance, ethics, security and risk management, as well as the development of AI adoption roadmaps tailored to their organisations. The programme sought to strengthen leadership readiness for responsible and effective AI adoption.
