LSr Mohd Latif bin Zainal is a Licensed Land Surveyor and the Principal of Horizon Ukur Consultant Sdn Bhd since 2022. He previously served as the Director of the Johor State Survey and Mapping Department (JUPEM Johor), bringing extensive experience in land surveying and geospatial management. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Land Surveying from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and a Master’s Degree in Geoinformation from The University of Twente, Netherlands. With a strong background in surveying and geoinformation, LSr Mohd Latif is dedicated to advancing the industry through professional expertise and leadership.
