LSr Mustapha bin Mohamed is a licensed land surveyor since 2011 and the principal of MIM Survey Consultant, based in Pahang. He is highly active in the Engineering Survey Committee, focusing on efforts to enhance engineering survey fees and improve industry standards. On 10th February 2025, he was appointed as a council member to fill a vacancy in accordance with constitutional requirements, further strengthening his role in the profession.
