LSr Noordin bin Ahmad possesses extensive experience as a Licensed Land Surveyor. Throughout his career, he has made contributions in every area of the profession, specifically academia, government, and industry. He is similarly engaged on an international level, particularly in GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) and Geographic Information System (GIS). LSr Noordin has been proactively involved in promoting the surveying and Geomatics field through his engagement with the Malaysian Association of Authorized Land Surveyors (PEJUTA), the Land Surveyors Board (LJT), and various industry groups, aiding in policy formulation, the creation of best practices, and the enhancement of professional skills. He presently serves as the national representative for the ASEAN Competent Authority Committee on Surveying (ACACS). Acknowledging his leadership and professional efforts, he was elected as Vice President of PEJUTA on 27 March 2026 during the 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM), demonstrating the trust of his colleagues in his vision, knowledge, and dedication to the ongoing growth and progress of the surveying and Geomatic profession in Malaysia.
