LSr Mohd Safrul Alam bin Masari is a Licensed Land Surveyor and the Principal of Jurukur Saff, a surveying firm based in Ipoh, Perak. He has been a PEJUTA member since 2004 and currently serves as the Chairman of the Underground Utility Detection Survey Committee, contributing to the development of industry standards in underground mapping. He graduated from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 1997 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Land Surveying and has since been actively involved in advancing the profession through expertise and leadership.
