SHORT COURSE AI FOR LEADERS SERIES I
The short course titled “AI for Leaders” was successfully convened over a four-day duration from 28 to 31 July 2026 at the PARKROYAL A’Famosa Melaka Resort. The primary aim of this intensive programme was to enhance artificial intelligence (AI) literacy among organisational leaders, equipping them with the practical skills and strategic insight necessary to leverage AI technologies effectively for executive decision-making and workflow optimisation.
Throughout the four-day session, the programme focused on establishing a robust foundation in key AI concepts relevant to contemporary business leadership. Participants were guided through the practical applications of AI tools designed to streamline business operations, automate complex workflows, and enhance overall executive productivity. Crucially, the workshop emphasized the importance of ethical, responsible, and secure AI adoption, introducing leaders to essential governance principles to ensure alignment with organizational values and compliance requirements.
As a result of the training, participating leaders acquired the competencies needed to design and implement practical AI strategies tailored to their respective departments and organisations. Attendees learned to formulate effective prompts to maximize AI performance, analyze business problems for strategic insights, and integrate AI seamlessy into daily executive tasks, decision-making processes, meetings, and communications. Furthermore, participants demonstrated the ability to utilize AI as a personal productivity assistant to produce high-quality reports, executive presentations, and official business documentation.
